Origin Story
Grown at elevations between 900-1590 meters in nutrient-rich clay mineral soil, these Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties undergo a meticulous fully washed process. The beans are fermented for 12-14 hours, then carefully dried on patios and raised beds to develop their distinctive flavor profile.
